Rabbinic Counseling Center
Rabbinic Counseling Center was established in 1976 to provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and small business experiencing stressful and problematic issues. Life cycle concerns, marital difficulties, job transition, family issues, chronic medical conditions, and bereavement are common themes that bring clients to the Rabbinic Counseling Center. Counseling and interventions are provided to address such issues holistically by incorporating biological, psychological, social, and spiritual concerns with a focus on personal and systemic integration. The Center continues to serve as a counseling resource by physicians, attorneys, clergy, former clients and others. Hour-long office based counseling sessions as well as home visits are routine. The details and models of intervention as well as the goals for therapy and counseling are discussed at the first visit.
